First Time Selling Candles at the Farmers’ Market

We had a great time selling our candles at the Tower Grove Farmers’ Market this past Saturday. I sold half of the inventory I took and met a lot of great people. Our best sellers were Lavender & Sage, Nag Champa and French Market.

It’s always a learning experience at these events. On this day I learned that your best customers are also your best sales people and it’s humbling when they show up to help you out. A big thanks to Lan Sasa, Terese Lutz, John Dalton and Stephanie Howlett for showing up and stepping up. I wouldn’t not have had such a great sales day with out them.

Candles at the Farmers’ Market

We will selling candles this Saturday, the 18th, at the Tower Grove Farmers’ Market. Stop by our booth between 8:00am and 12:00pm to check out the selection. There may be a couple of fragrances available at the market that you cannot currently find in the store (wink, nudge).

We’ve been getting a lot of multiple candle orders in the Etsy shop. To help offset any differences in shipping costs we’ve set up a discount that will subtract $6 from your total order if you spend $60 or more. There’s also a code for FREE SHIPPING that you can apply if you spend $150 or more.

MOTHER’S DAY AND SPRING CANDLES!

We are currently pouring French Laundry, Lavender and Gardenia fragrances that will all get a custom ‘Happy Mother’s Day’ label.

We’ve also been testing some new fragrances to add to your Spring and Summer offerings. Look for ‘Sea Salt & Lotus Blossom’ for a beachy feel and ‘Cucumber & Melons’ for a refreshing fruity scent.

Holiday Candles

We are currently pouring some samples of our upcoming holiday candles. Back by popular demand “Reindeer Poo” and “Holiday Hooch”. Other scents to look forward to include “Cracklin Birch”, “Christmas at Woodstock” and “Spiced Cranberry”. There will definitely be more to choose from and we look forward to your feedback.

Stop by the shop and check them out.  We have a large collection of regular scents as well as a lot of seasonal Fall fragrances.  Enjoy the smells of Piece of Pi, Baked Peaches, Fall Harvest, Cinnamon and Vanilla Creme, as well as a few more.  They make a great gift under $15.  Feel free to be selfish and buy one for yourself as well.
